What do I need to do to get a quote?
We require the following information:
• The function of the screens.
• Basic dimensions or drawings of the area in which you would like to place the screens.
• Images of the area in which you would like to place the screens.
• Pattern and colour.
• And lastly where the project is based

What Materials do you offer?
At The Panel Factory we design our laser cut screens in materials such as Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Mild Steel, Copper, Brass and more.

PATTERNS
+ Can you design a custom pattern?
Yes, we most certainly can. All you need to do is send a reference image our way.
+ What size are the perforation?
This depends on the pattern; we can send you an exact opening size on request.
+ Do all patterns cost the same?
No. The more detailed patterns, take more time cutting and therefore are more expensive.
+ What size is the border around the pattern?
We have a standard border of 50 mm.
COLOUR & FINISH
+ How do I know what colour and finish to choose?
We work in architectural grade powder coating with a wide range of colours to choose from. Our team of experts can advise on colour and finish and can arrange a colour swatch to be sent to you.
MANUFACTURE
+ Where are your factories based?
We factories in Johannesburg & Cape Town.
LEAD TIMES
+ What are your lead times?
We have an approx. 6 weeks lead time, this however does depend on the scope of work.
INSTALLATION
+ Do you provide Installation?
Yes, we have installation teams in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
DELIVERY
+ Do you deliver and where do you ship?
Yes, we deliver locally and ship to countries within Africa.
Note we deliver free of charge within a 100 km of our factories.
